Prince of Persia Mini-Review

First of all, let me get one thing straight. I like Prince of Persia, it is a very easy pickup-and-play game, which is good fun. It provides a very movie-like feel, all the fights (1on1) are very cinematic, with some very dramatic combo’s. The characters are quite relatable(albeit somewhat stereotypical. Dazzling hero, princess in need, you get the idea).
However, it does have flaws, quite a few flaws more accurately.
Lets use Mirrors Edge for a gameplay comparison as a comparison, both released in the past month, and both going for the free-running aspect, albeit in different ways. Read more…
