This was a Year Two Semester One, OpenGL Assignment.
What I wanted to do with this project was simulate how objects would react if caught in the blast radius of an explosion. A video of this application can be found below (Link).
This application implements a large range of modular features including;
- Ray-to-Facet Collision Detection
- .3DS and .BMP File Readers (including vertex normal calculations)
- Complete Vector and Matrix Classes
- Particle-Based Physics Simulation (with Rigid Body Rotation)
